Regulamin Sopot Półmaraton 2026

  1. The organizer of the Sopot Half Marathon Event (hereinafter referred to as the Event) is Energy Events Sp. z o. o. Sp.k. with its registered office in Miszewko (80-297), ul. Kaszubska 53
  2. The Event Office (from 24/10/2026 to 25/10/2026) is located at EGO Arena Sopot, Plac Dwie Miast 1 (hereinafter referred to as the Event Office).

  3. Promotion of event Partners and Sponsors before, during and after the event.
  1. The event will take place on October 25, 2026 in Sopot. The start and finish line will be at the ERGO Arena, Sopot, Plac Dwie Miast 1.
  2. Start Imprezy nastąpi o godz. 9:00.
  3. Linia startu zostanie zamknięta po 2 minutach od ostatniego sygnału dźwiękowego startera.
  4. Start będzie miał charakter falowy. Start poszczególnych stref będzie sygnalizowany oddzielnym sygnałem dźwiękowym startera.
  5. Only Participants registered to participate in the Event in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations may take part in the Event.
  6. Organizatorowi przysługuje prawo do zmiany daty i/lub miejsca Imprezy, przy czym Uczestnik, zostanie o tym zawiadomiony poprzez zamieszczenie odpowiedniej informacji na stronie internetowej sopot-hm.gryka.easyisp.pl nie później niż 24 godziny przed rozpoczęciem Imprezy. Dokonanie zmian w powyższym zakresie nie skutkuje powstaniem ze strony Organizatora dodatkowych zobowiązań w stosunku do Uczestnika.
  7. Organizatorowi przysługuje prawo do odwołania Imprezy w razie wystąpienia istotnej zmiany okoliczności powodującej, że realizacja Imprezy nie leży w interesie publicznym lub w przypadku wejścia w życie obostrzeń prawnych, które uniemożliwią organizację imprezy. Organizator zamieści odpowiednią informację na Stronie Internetowej Imprezy sopot-hm.gryka.easyisp.pl nie później niż 24 godziny przed rozpoczęciem Imprezy. Odwołanie Imprezy nie skutkuje powstaniem ze strony Organizatora dodatkowych zobowiązań w stosunku do Uczestnika.
  8. Długość trasy wynosi 21,0975 km. Trasa w dniu imprezy będzie posiadała atest Polskiego Związku Lekkiej Atletyki (dalej PZLA).
  9. Trasa będzie oznaczona znakami pionowymi, co 1 kilometr.

  1. A Participant is a person who has registered via the form available on the Organizer’s website sopot-hm.gryka.easyisp.pl and paid the entry fee within the deadline, i.e. in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V, REGISTRATION, point 2).

  2. W Imprezie prawo startu mają wyłącznie te osoby, które najpóźniej w dniu Imprezy ukończą 18 lat.

  3. Starter packages can only be collected at the Event Office. Event Office opening hours are specified in the schedule available on the website sopot-hm.gryka.easyisp.pl

  4. The basis for collecting the starting package along with the starting number is the presentation of an ID document with a photo by the Participant at the Event Office.

  5. Collection of the starting package on behalf of another Participant is possible only on the basis of a signed authorization (Appendix No. 1).

  6. Każdy Uczestnik, który przekaże pakiet startowy innej osobie oraz osoba, która otrzyma taki pakiet i wystartuje w Imprezie, bez zgłoszenia tego faktu Organizatorowi (w formie opisanej w rozdziale VI Wpisowe pkt. 7) zostanie zdyskwalifikowany na liście wyników Imprezy. Za zgodę Organizatora na przeniesienie numeru startowego na innego wskazanego Uczestnika uznaje się jedynie pozytywną informację zwrotną udzieloną, jako odpowiedź z adresu mailowego: info@sopotpolmaraton.com 

  7. The Organizer prohibits Participants from selling collected starting packages under pain of disqualification.

  8. Each Participant is bound by the provisions of the PZLA and these Regulations.

  9. Podczas procesu rejestracji uczestnik może zamówić wysyłkę pakietu na podany adres na terenie Polski.

  10. Uczestnicy mają obowiązek przestrzegania porządku publicznego, poleceń służb porządkowych, przepisów ruchu drogowego oraz poszanowania pozostałych Uczestników. Organizator ma prawo usunąć z terenu Imprezy osoby, które zakłócają porządek publiczny, przebieg Imprezy lub zachowują się niezgodnie z Regulaminem oraz przepisami PZLA. 

  11. The Organizer will make every effort to provide all information through the loudspeaker system before and during the race, therefore it is recommended not to use your own electronic devices with headphones to hear the Organizer's and judges' announcements.

  12. Providing personal data and consenting to its processing is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Event in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Individuals who have provided their personal data have the right to access and correct their data, as well as to withdraw consent to its processing. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data until the end of the Event will result in inability to participate. At any time, the Organizer may process personal data in connection with the organization of the Event, including in collaboration with other entities, to the extent necessary for the proper organization of the Event.

  13. Uczestnicy na starcie ustawiają się w wydzielonych strefach startowych. Przydział do konkretnej strefy następuje według zadeklarowanego przez każdego z Uczestników czasu wybranego w formularzu zgłoszeniowym.

  14. If the Participant provides false and unverifiable data regarding previous results, the Organizer has the right to move him/her to the last starting zone.

  15. Only Participants, Event staff and emergency vehicles and those with an Organizer's pass may stay on the Event route.

  16. The Organizer allows only active wheelchairs with direct drive (Active Wheelchair) to be used by people with a documented degree of disability.

  17. For safety reasons, the use of three-wheeled strollers is prohibited:
    – wózki sportowe o napędzie bezpośrednim (wózek typu Rim Push),
    – wózki sportowe o napędzie pośrednim (wózek typu Hand Bike).

  18. People suffering from COVID-19, infected with SARS-CoV-2, in quarantine, isolation, or exhibiting respiratory symptoms cannot participate in the event.

  19. Zawodnik, startujący na wózku aktywnym o napędzie bezpośrednim, musi poinformować Organizatorów o tym fakcie, wysyłając wiadomość na maila info@sopotpolmaraton.com lub w Biurze Zawodów podczas odbierania pakietu startowego.

  20. The GDPR clause constitutes Annex No. 2 to the Regulations.

  1. Zgłoszenia przyjmowane będą do dnia 13.10.2026 r. lub do wyczerpania limitu miejsc. Zależnie od tego co nastąpi wcześniej.
  2. Limit uczestników wynosi 3500 osób.
  3. O udziale w Imprezie decyduje termin wniesienia wpisowego. Za termin wniesienia wpisowego uważa się datę i godzinę ukazania wpisowego na rachunku bankowym Organizatora.
  4. Applications are accepted on the Website sopot-hm.gryka.easyisp.pl
  5. Istnieje możliwość osobistego zapisania się na Imprezę w Biurze Imprezy w dniach jego otwarcia, przy czym Organizator zastrzega limit stu nowo zapisanych osób w ten sposób. Decyduje kolejność zgłoszeń w Biurze Imprezy. Osoby zapisane w Biurze Imprezy otrzymują tylko i wyłącznie numer startowy i są przydzielane do ostatniej strefy startowej.
  6. Każdy Uczestnik podczas rejestracji ma obowiązek zadeklarowania startu ze strefy czasowej, odpowiadającej jego rzeczywistym możliwościom biegowym. Zmiana strefy czasowej startu jest możliwa do dnia 6.10.2026. Osoby zgłaszające się do startu po 6.10.2026 zostaną przypisane do ostatniej strefy startowej.
  7. The Event Organizer reserves the right to provide additional starting packages for invited guests.

  1. Each participant pays an entry fee, the amount of which depends on the date the transfer is made. The following entry fees apply:
    od 10.02.2026 – do 17.02.2026 – 119 zł
    od 18.02.2026 – do 15.03.2026 – 129 zł
    od 16.03.2026 – do 31.03.2026 – 139 zł
    od 1.04.2026 – do 30.04.2026 – 149 zł
    od 1.05.2026 – do 31.05.2026 – 159 zł
    od 1.06.2026 – do 30.06.2026 – 169 zł
    od 1.07.2026 – do 21.07.2026 – 179 zł
    od 22.07.2026 – do 11.08.2026 – 189 zł
    od 12.08.2026 – do 1.09.2026 – 199 zł
    od 2.09.2026 – do 22.09.2026 – 209 zł
    od 23.09.2026 – do 6.10.2026 – 219 zł
    od 7.10.2026 – do 23.10.2026 – 229 zł
    w Biurze Imprezy – 269 zł (płatność możliwa gotówką lub kartą)
    *posiadacze Karty Sopockiej – otrzymują 20 zł zniżki w każdym progu cenowym

  2. In the event of failure to pay the entry fee in sufficient amount (e.g. as a result of exceeding the payment deadline specified in these Regulations), the Participant is obliged to compensate the difference up to the amount he or she should have paid in accordance with the deadline for making his or her last payment.

  3. Proof of receipt of the entry fee is the appearance of the participant's name on the start list.

  4. Starting numbers will be issued to Participants after registration closes.

  5. The Organizer is not responsible for the loss of the entry form, postal order or bank transfer due to the fault of the post office or bank.

  6. The organizer allows payment for the entry fee by bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice. Once the pro forma invoice is paid and the funds are credited to the organizer's account, the organizer will send a one-time code enabling free registration for the competition. The code is valid until October 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The organizer is not responsible for failure to register on time and will not refund funds for unused registration codes.

  7. Wpisowe raz uiszczone nie podlega zwrotowi także w przypadku wycofania się Uczestnika z Imprezy lub jego dyskwalifikacji przez Organizator.

  8. Możliwe jest przeniesienie opłaty startowej na innego zawodnika. Zgłoszenie przeniesienia opłaty startowej na innego zawodnika należy zgłosić na adres: info@sopotpolmaraton.com do dnia 6.10.2026 r. do godziny 23:59.

  9. As part of the entry fee, the Participant receives the opportunity to participate in the Event and a starting package.

  10. The costs of entry fees, travel and other services are covered by the Participants themselves.

  11. Each participant can order a starter pack with the option of shipping it via DPD courier to a specified address. This shipping option is only available until October 6, 2026. Packets will be shipped to the specified address between October 12 and 16, 2026. Packets that are not delivered, for example, due to the participant's absence at the specified address, will be returned to the organizer and can be collected during Event Office opening hours. The organizer will not refund any money for starter packs sent but not collected from the courier.

     

  12. It is not possible to collect the starting package after the Event Office is closed.

  1. Time measurement is carried out using an electronic system.
  2.  There will be timing checkpoints along the Event route. Participants who shorten the route will be disqualified. Failure to record a Participant's arrival at a given checkpoint may result in disqualification.
  3. Time is measured using non-returnable chips placed in the starting numbers.
  4. It is forbidden to remove chips from starting numbers.
  5. Oficjalnym czasem Imprezy jest czas netto.
  6. Pierwszych trzech Uczestników w klasyfikacji kobiet i mężczyzn, którzy przekroczą linię mety będzie klasyfikowanych według czasu brutto mierzonego od chwili pierwszego wystrzału startera. Pozostali Uczestnicy klasyfikowani będą na podstawie czasu netto, liczonego od przekroczenia linii startu przez Uczestnika do linii mety.
  7. Organizator wprowadza limity czasów kontrolnych na poszczególnych punktach pomiaru (co 5 km począwszy od 5-tego km) liczone od ostatniego strzału startera:
    5 km – 00:42:30’
    10 km – 01:25:00’
    15 km – 02:02:30’
    20 km – 02:50:00’
    21 km 097,5 m – 03:00:00’
    W przypadku przekroczenia przepisowego limitu czasu, Uczestnik jest zobowiązany do zejścia z trasy.
  8. Uczestnicy, którzy nie dobiegną do poszczególnych punktów pomiarowych, o których mowa powyżej, w wyznaczonych limitach, począwszy od 5-tego km, zobowiązani są do przerwania biegu i zejścia z trasy. Organizator zapewni możliwość dojechania do mety pojazdem z napisem KONIEC BIEGU.
  9. Participants who arrive at the finish line by bus will not be classified by the Organizer. The Participant's time will be listed on the Website as "DNF," meaning "did not finish the race.".
  10. Participants are prohibited from remaining on the route after the Event's time limit has expired. Participants who remain on the Event route will be held liable in accordance with applicable provisions of the Civil Code and Road Traffic Law.

  1. The following classifications will be conducted during the Event:
    a) general classification (hereinafter OPEN) of women (hereinafter F) and men (hereinafter M),
    b) klasyfikacje wiekowe K i M:
    – K i M 18 – 24 lat
    – K i M 25 – 29 lat
    – K i M 30 – 34 lat
    – K i M 35 – 39 lat
    – K i M 40 – 44 lat
    – K i M 45 – 49 lat
    – K i M 50 – 54 lat
    – K i M 55 – 59 lat
    – K i M 60 – 64 lat
    – K i M 65 – 69 lat
    – K i M 70 lat i więcej
    c) kategoria Uczestników niepełnosprawnych K i M obejmująca osoby z dysfunkcją ruchu z wyłączeniem osób poruszających się na wózkach. Aby zostać zakwalifikowanym do kategorii osób niepełnosprawnych należy podczas odbioru pakietu okazać orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności lub legitymację osoby niepełnosprawnej,
    d) klasyfikacja osób na wózkach inwalidzkich o napędzie bezpośrednim w podziale na kobiety i mężczyzn. Do Biegu nie będą dopuszczani Uczestnicy poruszający się na wózkach sportowych o napędzie typu Rim-push oraz o napędzie typu handbike. Uwaga! Trasa biegu zawiera fragmenty brukowane oraz szutrowe.
  2. Uczestnik, który wygrywa w kategorii OPEN nie jest klasyfikowany w kategorii wiekowej.
  1. Changing rooms, showers and a deposit for participants will be located at Ergo Arena, Plac Dwie Miast 1, Sopot
  2. The deposit will be open on the day of the Event during the hours specified in the schedule available on the website sopot-hm.gryka.easyisp.pl
  3. Participants must deposit their belongings in bags marked with a sticker bearing their race number. The bags and stickers are provided by the Organizer in the race pack.
  4. The bags will be released from the deposit upon presentation of the starting number.
  5. In the event of loss of the starting number, the bag with the Participant's belongings left in the deposit will be released upon presentation of an identity document with the Participant's photo.
  6. Losing the starting number by the Participant releases the Organizer from responsibility for items taken by another person.
  7. The Organizer is not responsible for valuables left in the changing room.
  1. All Participants who complete the Event will receive commemorative medals at the finish line.
  2. The organizer may provide financial prizes for places in the general classification for women and men. Information regarding financial prizes will be announced no later than 21 days before the event.
  3. Personal income tax will be deducted from any cash prizes in accordance with applicable regulations.
  4. Any financial prizes for Participants will be transferred only on the basis of a correctly completed form, by transfer to the Participant's indicated personal bank account (prizes will not be paid in cash) within 30 days of the announcement of the official results.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to fund additional cash and material prizes in categories and classifications of its choice.
  1. The final interpretation of the Regulations rests with the Event Organizer.
  2. Participants declare that all personal and health-related data entered by them in the application form are complete and truthful.
  3. The Organizer is not responsible for any collisions and accidents on the route caused by the fault of the Participant, nor for accidents and random events occurring during travel to and from the Event.
  4. Each Participant participates in the Event at their own risk. Submitting a properly completed Registration Form to the Organizer and paying the entry fee signifies that the Participant has considered and assessed the nature, scope, and degree of risk involved with participating in the Event, including the risk of accidents, the possibility of bodily injury and physical harm (including death), as well as property damage and loss, and has voluntarily decided to assume this risk.
  5. The Organizer and all persons acting on its behalf or with its authorization in connection with the conduct and organization of the Event are not liable for any personal injury, property damage or financial loss to Participants that may occur before, during, after or in connection with the Event.
  6. Participants are liable for any damage they cause to other Event Participants and third parties.
  7. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these Regulations. The Participant's signature on the Event registration form confirms that they have read and fully accepted the Regulations, their participation in the Event, and their full acceptance.
  8. Participants are required to wear their race number on the front of their body. The race number must be visible. Covering or removing the race number will result in disqualification.
  9. The Event Participant consents to the public disclosure of his/her personal data in the form of name, surname, place of birth and year of birth on the start list and on the results list.
  10. The Organizer and Event Partners are authorized to use the image, statements, and personal data of individual Participants participating in each stage of the Event. These images and data will be used in materials promoting the Event and accompanying events (press, radio, television, internet, graphic materials). Participants are not entitled to any further compensation, in particular remuneration for the use of the image, statements, and personal data of individual Participants. Participants agree not to withdraw this consent for at least five years from the date of the Event.
  11. Ignorance of the Event Regulations does not exempt the Participant from the rules specified by the Organizer in the above-mentioned document.
  12. The Regulations may be changed by the Organizer at any time.
  13. Animals are not allowed on the Event route.
  14. Participants are prohibited from bringing intoxicating substances, illegal substances, performance-enhancing drugs, or alcohol of any kind. Participants are prohibited from using such substances either before or during the race, under penalty of disqualification. If a Participant is found to be violating this prohibition, the Organizer reserves the right to prevent them from participating in the race or to disqualify them during it.
  15. The Participant is not permitted to use any assistance specified in the rules of athletics competitions, including assistance to the Participant by persons not participating in the Event, running with the Participant or riding a bicycle.
  16. The Organizer provides medical care exclusively for Event Participants along the Event route from the start until the timed closing of the Event route, as well as in a designated tent at Polsat Plus Arena, ul. Pokoleń Lechii Gdańsk 1, until 3:00 p.m. The Organizer does not cover medical or transportation costs not covered by the Event's medical coverage.
  17. Decisions made by the Medical Coordinator or medical staff regarding a Participant's participation in the Event are independent and binding on the Participant. Failure to follow the medical staff's recommendations will result in disqualification of the Participant.
  18. Event participants are required to follow the instructions of the Police, Municipal Police, and the Organizer's security personnel and services securing the Event route. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in disqualification.
  19. Protests regarding the results are accepted until 3:00 PM on October 27, 2026 (Monday) to the email address: info@sopotpolmaraton.com. Protests submitted after the deadline will not be considered on their merits. Protests will be reviewed within 72 hours.
  20. The final and official results will be published no later than 6.11.2026, 3:00 p.m.

The processing of participants' personal data provided to the Organizer during registration in connection with participation in the Event also includes the publication of the participant's first and last name, date of birth, and city of residence – in any manner in which personal data is published or disseminated. The Organizer also has the right to publish the participant's first and last name, along with their date of birth, club name, and city of residence, on the start list and in competition results published online and at the Event venue.

We hereby inform you that during events organized or co-organized by Energy Events Sp. z o. o. Sp.k. (Kaszubska 53, 80-297 Miszewko), hereinafter referred to as Energy Events, photos or videos will be taken and then made public via the Sopot Półmaraton profile on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/sopotpolmaraton) and the website sopot-hm.gryka.easyisp.pl, which may capture the image of people present, as well as their other personal data.

By staying on the premises or participating in a sporting event, festival, or other event organized or co-organized by Energy Events, participants and observers consent to the publication and processing of their images in photos or videos taken during the event, as well as any other personal data. At the same time, we assure you that we make every effort to ensure the security of your data.

PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER:

We would also like to inform you that Energy Events has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted by letter to the address of Energy Events (Controller) given above, with the note: "TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION INSPECTOR" or by e-mail to the e-mail address: rodo@energyevents.pl – in all matters related to the processing of personal data by Energy Events.

RECIPIENT OF PERSONAL DATA:
Personal data will be disclosed to employees, associates and subcontractors of Energy Events to the extent necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes of personal data processing.

Start lists and results, containing basic personal data, will be publicly available and may be published on the Event website.

PURPOSE AND PERIOD OF DATA PROCESSING:
The personal data of Event participants will be processed for the purposes of performing the contract, i.e. the Participant’s participation in the Event, conducting the Event, selecting the winner and awarding, issuing, collecting and settling the prize, as well as publishing the results.
